We are pleased to offer refunds on all our courses and materials, that's how sure we are that our products are great! However, we understand that sometimes, circumstances change or this just isn't for everyone. For those who are seeking a refund, here is our policy for the "Pre-License Salesperson and Pre-License Brokers" coures:
- A $25 processing and cancellation fee will apply to any and all refunds to cover the cost of processing and administration fees.
- All refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment.
- Refunds will not be issued based on a change in regulatory requirement(s) or governmental changes.
- Refunds are on a sliding scale within those 30 days depending on how far along the student is in their studies:
- If a student has completed between 1-6 sessions, a refund will be issued minus the $25 processing fee.
- However, no refund will be issued if 7 or more sessions are completed.
- No refunds if beyond 30 days of SIGN UP.
- Example: If you start session 3 and request a refund within 30 days of payment, you will be entitled to a full refund, less a $25 processing and cancellation fee to help cover our costs.
There will always be extenuating circumstances around every case, however, we are unable to make exceptions to these policies and rules, no matter who or what. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If you know you are within the 30 days of signing up and would like to request a refund, please do so by creating a "ticket" and addressed to the "billing or account problem" from the drop down menu and submit your request for the refund. Please note that we will process your request, assuming it is within 30 days of signing up and you have not completed more then 7 sessions within 24 hours. Your bank however, may not issue the refund for up to 8 days!
