Sometimes employers, spouses, or other family members will purchase a plan on behalf of the student. When this happens, they may accidentally put in the card holder’s name, not the students. This is an easy fix. 


In this case, please use this link here to submit a ticket to the "billing and account" team with your details of the full name, email address, and preferred phone number for the card holder AND for the intended student? We need this to update the account and reset the account. 


Once we reset the account, we will send you a ticket confirming the issue is resolved!
