There are two ways to enroll in our online CWC. Either purchase the course directly or enroll in one our our AZ Salesperson Packages that includes the CWC.
This course is 100% online and self paced. At 6 hours long, this fulfills the requirements of ARS 32-2124(L).
Subjects include participation in drafting contracts to purchase real property, listing agreements, and lease agreements. All in relation to Arizona real estate law.
