Please follow the steps below for you to reset your password or you forgot your user name.
1. At the top right side of the log in pages, click/tap Log In
2. Enter your username and password if you have it.
3. Click "Forgotten User Name or Password" below your info.
A confirmation will be sent to your email. Please make sure that you will follow the instructions in that email.
