This is a manual process. There are three different systems and they don't talk to each other. SO once you make your renewal payment or extend, most likely one system did NOT communicate that to the student dashboard. If this is the case, please, message us and we will have to manually review and then reinstate all the courses. This is normal. Send a message if you do not see your courses in 24 hours!
