IF YOU DO NOT SEND IN A TICKET and RENEW AUTOMATICALLY, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT WE CAN HONOR THIS RENEWAL.
By law, all courses have a course number assigned to them and every few years, ADRE and the department will renew courses. In the cases of Salesperson and Broker courses, and often with many of our CE courses, when we apply for a renewal, we have updated the materials at great length to comply with new rules, new changes, new policies, new laws and often new delivery as well. When this happens, a NEW course number is assigned.
What this means, if you enrolled in a course and did NOT complete it during the 6 months time, you "MAY" have the ability to extend once, maybe even twice, but this is NOT a guarantee. It is almost a mandatory NO to extend more than twice.
When we have new course numbers, we will sunset or gradually shut down the old courses as ADRE will no longer recognize them or the certificates generated by passing, once that course number has been expired or terminated.
This is why we have to do extensions manually. We have to verify the time between expiration of course, time of original enrollment and progress of the users.
WHEN YOU RENEW - YOU MUST SEND IN A TICKET SO THE ADMIN CAN VERIFY YOUR ABILITY TO RENEW!!
This is not easy to accept, and we know this. We try our best to urge all users to finish, but we simply can not allow users to stay in a system for years and expect them to pass a very difficulut State exam after so much time has passed. In fact, for us at least, nearly all the State material has been updated and the State of Arizona has now broken the test's into two different tests, one state specific and one national starting in Januray of 2026. Even if you did try and extend from over a year ago, that material maynot be relevant to the new materials and tests and we want you to succeed on the tests. That, is what is important to finish within the 6 months window.
